2. What the service does

Better Than A Voucher provides free, AI-assisted gift suggestions based on what you tell us about the person you're buying for. Recommendations are suggestions only — we can't guarantee that any gift will be suitable, safe, appropriate or welcome for a particular person.

3. Prices and retailers

Prices shown are estimated price guides, not live retailer prices. We don't currently sell products or link to retailers. When shopping links are introduced, retailer prices, availability, delivery and product details may differ from what we show and may change at any time. Any purchase will be made with the retailer, under the retailer's terms, not with us.

4. Your responsibilities

• Check that a product is suitable before buying — including age suitability, allergies, dietary needs, sizes and compatibility.
• Read the retailer's terms, returns and delivery information.
• Don't enter names, contact details or sensitive personal information in the questionnaire.
• Don't misuse the site, attempt to bypass its limits or security, or use automated tools to scrape it.

5. Private results links

Each search has a private link. Anyone with the link can view those results, so keep it secure and share it only with people you trust.

6. Availability

We provide the service free of charge and "as is". We may change, suspend or withdraw it at any time and don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

7. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on a gift suggestion, or from products, prices or services provided by third-party retailers. We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses.

8. Intellectual property

The site's content and design belong to us or our licensors. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial gift shopping.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post changes here. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; if you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
